PeaceHealth is seeking a RN Fellowship Resource Team - Critical Care Resource Team for a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Night position.
Nurses selected for this fellowship program are obligated to working in the Department for a minimum of 3640 hours at a minimum of a .6 FTE following completion of the orientation period.
Hourly compensation is $40.09 - $76.12; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Shift length and hours are variable during the program.
Our program is designed for any experienced RN’s looking to transition into the Critical Care Nursing.
Our Fellowship is a 3 month program including classroom education time as well as one on one preceptorship on the floor.
This is a full time staff RN position with pay & benefits.

What you bring:
Current Washington RN licensure required by date of hire.
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.
Advanced Cardiac Lif Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification within 6 months of hire.
Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 12 months.
New graduate or experienced RN (or equivalent education and/or experience).
What we offer:
Starting wage of $40.09 - $76.12an hour (more depending on RN experience).
Resource Team differential of $3.50/hour.
